Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 medium-sized banana , ripe and yellow color (not green or brown)
  • 3/4 cup cup raspberries , fresh or frozen
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter * , use sugar free peanut butter for sugar free option

Instructions

  • Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

Notes

*If using natural peanut butter, stir well before adding.
